How can a wallet address have legal rights in an SPV?

Some jurisdictions allow issuers to enlist wallets as SPV owners, in our case trust beneficiaries, as long as some information is collected for every wallet owner. This means that users have to KYC on Estate Protocol, but once they’re on the whitelist, the tokens can change legal ownership easily and smoothly with no paperwork.
